MAC's middle school and high school strength and performance training programs are geared towards building a solid athletic foundation while focusing on the unique demands of the athletes chosen sport. Small group training sessions are available and run in 8 to 12 week cycles. Programing is designed for 3 strength sessions per week. Depending on an athletes goals and availability remote options are available.
MAC's small group strength training programs are crafted to cater to novice and intermediate aging lifters. The program focuses on enhancing mobility, balance and strength while also preventing injuries. With 3 to 4 training sessions lasting 60 minutes each, individuals can expect a comprehensive and effective training regime.

MAC's Masters Competition Team is comprised of athletes 35 years old and above who still desire to compete in strength based sports like powerlifting and weightlifting. Our programs are designed for the Master Athlete. Programing includes 3 to 4 training days per week with training cycles ranging from 9 to 12 weeks.
